Hi my name is Gavin Schwebel and I am your local specialist. I have lived on the Central Coast for the best part of my 30 years. I was born here and raised on a lovely property in Jilliby. I was lucky enough to grow up in a family that loved real estate, with my father and grandfather being prominent land developers and business people in the shire. As a teenager I worked as a bricklayer (which was family tradition), before leaving to travel the world in 2000. I arrived back home in September 2002 with a new appreciation for life, the diversity of the worlds cultures and landscapes and a rekindled love for Australia in particularly the Central Coast. I also had the privilege of playing tour guide to a beautiful South African woman whom I am married with and have two gorgeous little boys too. Over the next few years I worked in the family business of property development whilst studying property valuation at night along with business management and more recently business studies. It is with passion and knowledge I can talk of this area, it is the home of my family, my friends and my community. It is the new and chosen home of people from all over Australia and the world.
